Loading a structure

1. Choose the name of a file that contains the structure. 2. The list of formats available to represent the nucleotide sequence of a structure. 3. The "Load in new frame" check-box. 4. The "Append sequences" check-box. 5. The "OK" button. 6. The " Cancel" button.

The "Load sequence and SS from file" dialog is used to load a structure. Use the File>Open command on the Menu bar to display this dialog.

• Text field and Browse button are used to choose the name of a file that contains the structure.
• The Format list box is used to choose the format in which you want the secondary structure to be presented. If the format is incorrect, the application will be unable to proceed with loading a structure. The Format list contains the following formats to choose from:
  • GCG - GCG format.
  • XML - XML format.
• Load in new frame. Tick this check-box to load a structure to a new window.
• Append sequences. Tick this check-box to load a structure to the current window.
• OK. Select this button to close the window and load the structure.
• Cancel. Select this button to cancel loading a structure.
