"New feature table" dialog

The dialog allows to create new feature table and can be called out by:
• The "Feature>New feature table" command from the main menu.
• The "New feature table" command from sequence pop-up menu.

In the dialog the following objects can be specified:
• Name of the feature table in the "Title" field;
• Some information in the "Info" field for current feature table can be placed.
• Background color of the feature table image onto a map. Check the "Fill background" checkbox and select the color from the dropdown list.

The new feature table will be added at the end of the list of feature tables in a parent node.
