"Options" dialog

The dialog allows to change application settings and can be called out by:
- The "Settings>Options" command from the main menu.

"Sequence view" tab

The "Sequence view" tab allows to set up the sequence visualization.
• Start - display the sequence numeration at the beginning of the string.
• End - display the sequence numeration at the end of the string.
• Top - display the sequence numeration above the string. The numeration interval can be specified in the "Interval" field.
• Bottom - display the sequence numeration below the string. The numeration interval can be specified in the "Interval" field.
• Interval - allow to specify the numeration interval (distance between numbers).
• Alignment - align sequences:
  • Left - By the left border
  • Right - By the right border
• Symbols per line - set the string length. Setting value to "0" means the unlimited string length.
• Numbers color - set the numbers color.
• Interval color - set the interval color. This color highlights sequence symbols through everyone n=interval symbols.
• Show sequence titles - show/hide sequence titles.
• Show 6-frame translation - show/hide 6-frame translation.

"Group view" tab

The "Group view" tab allows to set up the group visualization.
• Start - display the sequence numeration at the beginning of the string.
• End - display the sequence numeration at the end of the string.
• Top - display the sequence numeration above the string. The numeration interval can be specified in the "Interval" field.
• Bottom - display the sequence numeration below the string. The numeration interval can be specified in the "Interval" field.

"Features type" tab

The "Features types" tab allows to set up the features types visualization.
• Double click on "Color" column calls out the "Select color" dialog for choosing the new color for type.
  Note. If the "Overwrite color" option in the "Edit Feature" dialog is enabled, the feature will be painted in color selected in the list near the option sign.
• Double click on "Decoration" column calls out the "Please choose a decoration" dialog for choosing the new decoration for type.
  Note. If the "Overwrite decoration" option in the "Edit Feature" dialog is enabled, the feature will be shaped in accordance to shape type selected in the list near the option sign.
• The "Restore defaults" button restores the default settings.
