Cloud computing services

We make available to clients our own and public pipelines in AWS cloud. Examples of Softberry pipelines that can be run in AWS cloud:

• ReadsClean pipeline: Error correction in NGS sequencing reads.
• Bacterial genome annotation: identification of genes, proteins and operons, functional annotation of genes.
• VirusPoints: pipeline for accurate identification of viruses and their integration sites in host genomes using NGS Data.
• ReadsMap: pipeline for accurate mapping of genomic or RNA-Seq reads to genome sequences; SNP and splice site identification.
• Identification of alternative splicing isoforms of genes using RNA-seq reads.
