Genome Comparison Browser (GCB) is designed to visualize comparison of two genomes or chromosomes

Trial versions of the program are availiable for Linux and Windows.

For the normal work of GCB on your computer you need:
1) RAM 512 Mb
2) OS Win2k/ WinXP / Linux
3) JRE 1.4.x (Download it from http://java.sun.com)
4) Perl v 5.x
