View

The View menu includes the commands for tuning up the visualization and some other options:

• View sequence by restrictases - calls the Sequences by Restrictases Diagram window for schematic visualization of restriction sites' localization along the sequence.
• Options - calls the "Options" dialog window for setting up the visualization options.
• Complementary - menu for choosing the visualizing mode of complementary chains and restriction sites:
  • Direct - To display the direct chain only.
  • Reverse - To display the complementary chain only.
  • Both - To display the both chains simultaneously.
